Shipping Costs

• Standard Shipping: Free shipping on all orders.

Order Cut-Off Time

• Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday.

• Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT) or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Handling and Processing Time

• Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday–Friday).

• This is the time it takes us to pick, securely pack, and hand your order over to the courier.

Transit Time and Couriers

• Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days (Monday–Friday).

• Couriers Used: We utilise Royal Mail and Evri to deliver your parcels. The specific courier chosen for your order will depend on the destination, parcel size, and service availability in your area.

Total Expected Delivery Time

Taking handling and transit times into account, you can expect to receive your order within 4 to 7 business days from the date your order is placed (if placed before the 5:00 PM GMT cut-off).
